Fear separates you from who you really are.
Fear distracts you from what you want in life. Fear is merely a distraction of life, of living your life to its fullest potential;your fullest potential; as is depression, anxiety, etc.
The way to dissolve your fears is to simply face it.
As terrifying and uncomfortable as this sounds and can be, I guarantee you it is teeny tiny in comparison to what your doing now… holding onto your fears and living with your fears day in and day out.
Once you decide to face your fears, they dissolve.
Fear is an illusion in your mind created by the ego in it’s efforts to keep you safe.
It is not rational or necessary.
When it comes to jumping off a 1,000 foot cliff, yes, fear is keeping you safe.
When it comes to moving forward with your life and letting of what no longer serves you; what holds you back and keeps you locked up, fear is limiting you.
What are you afraid of?
What is it that holds you back from shinning that brillant light that lives within you?
How much focus, time and energy do you devote to keeping your fears alive within you?
Fear cannot exist without your attention. Fear cannot exist without your devotion to continuing to feed it with the energy of your thoughts and emotions.
You are the one who continues to feed your fear. Are you ready now to let it go and be who you really are?
Who do you want to be? What is it that you have an inner drive to be doing; that fulfills you from within?
I have the tools to literally set you free from the chain of your fears.
Awesome post! You guys have a great blog!
