Start with imagining that you feel the way you’d like to feel.
Go into a pretending imagining place in your mind and imagine/pretend
that your life is the way you’d like it to be.
Get into an imagined, fantasy world in your mind.
Your mind cannot tell the difference between what you are thinking/imagining
and what is really taking place.
It responds to our imagination the same way it responds to what is
being thought or experienced.
This can be a stretch in the beginning.
As you get used to going into your imagination and experience releif and some pleasure,
you’ll find it easier to access this.
How would you feel if you had more than enough money?
What would you be doing?
Feel this and imagine it.
How would you feel if you were pain free?What would that feel like?
What would you be doing?
Feel it.
Feel it.
See it as if it were really happening and really real.
What makes you smile?
Think of what makes you smile.
Put a smile on your face.
This changes 8 hormones in your body and changes how you feel,
just by putting a smile on your face.
This is a place for you to start.
Continue to focus on how you’d like things to be, as if they are that way now.
Replace any other thoughts with these thoughts.
If your mind tries to take over…keep repeating. “I Love you,” to yourself.
It keeps your mind, body and soul connected to Spirit
and fills you with feeling good emotions, releasing emotional pain and hurt from your body.
