Unconditional Love & Acceptance

We are each seeking unconditional Love and acceptance in everything we do…whether we judge these actions as good, bad or indifferent. (It can be anything from giving Love to ourselves and others, acts of kindness, to distorted attempts to give ourselves self love such as over eating, drinking, drugs, additions, self sabotage).

We are souls in a human body. We are not a human body with a soul.

As we remember that as a soul, we are connected to the entire universe/God/Higher Self/Spirit/Source, which is all unconditional Love and acceptance.

So, as we are learning to give ourselves this unconditional Love and acceptance, we already have it from the Spirit. We are always connected to it, every minute, every second, every day and night.

We are always connected to it. We cannot be unconnected to it.

It is only because we become distracted from our connection to this unconditional Love and acceptance from Source/Universe that we feel unhappy, unloved, stressed, and all the other things that remove us from feeling good.

Know that you are Loved and accepted unconditionally in your life in every situation.

Enjoy

I read this on Facebook and wanted to share this great metaphor.

Author Unknown.

A group of graduates, well established in their careers, were talking at a reunion and decided to go visit their old university professor, now retired.

During their visit, the conversation turned to complaints about stress in their work and lives.

Offering his guests hot chocolate, the professor went into the kitchen and returned with a large pot of hot chocolate and an assortment of cups – porcelain, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite – telling them to help themselves to the hot chocolate.

When they all had a cup of hot chocolate in hand, the professor said: “Notice that all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones.

While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress.

The cup that you’re drinking from adds nothing to the quality of the hot chocolate.

In most cases it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink.

What all of you really wanted was hot chocolate, not the cup; but you consciously went for the best cups… And then you began eyeing each other’s cups.

Now consider this: Life is the hot chocolate; your job, money and position in society are the cups.

They are just tools to hold and contain life.

The cup you have does not define, nor change the quality of life you have.

Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the hot chocolate that God has provided us.

Our Divine creator makes the hot chocolate, man chooses the cups.

The happiest people don’t have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything that they have.

Live simply.

Love generously.

Care deeply.

Speak kindly.

And enjoy your hot chocolate!

If you realize that all things change,

there is nothing you will try to hold on to.

If you aren’t afraid of dying,

there is nothing you can’t achieve.

ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance.

You are who you are today as a result of all your past experiences. Even what you may see as a negative experience can be translated as a positive way to know things you’d otherwise not have the wisdom about today..

Knowledge cannot be discarded and it comes in all kind of shapes and ways, through experiences, insights and understandings.

Live life to the fullest knowing that you’re always a perfect spirit though you may encounter the weakness of the flesh from time to time.

Accept that today you’re whole, you’re well, you’re perfect., exactly as you are.

Let go of the judgement, the guilt, the pain. Heal through your tears, washing away the “stuff” that does not serve to promote your best self.

Put it all on a large barge, drifting off into the ocean, moving so far off into the distance that it disappears.

It is no longer a part of who you are. The wisdom and knowledge of the experience is there to serve you in self empowerment; helping others; becoming a stronger and more vital person and positive influence to the planet.

With acceptance and self love you can easily propel yourself forward to accomplish whatever it is you want to have in your life.

First, accept yourself, just as you are. This is the first and most important step to changing, growing, moving forward and becoming more of who you want to be and what you want to have in your life.

As we continue through the end of this year, leave behind all of the pain, guilt, sadness, anger, fear, anxiety in 2009.

Anxiety is often unexpressed pain. Stress is pain which is showing up in a different way.

Let’s Begin 2010 with a sense of clarity to bring to you exactly what you deserve…happiness, love, health, wealth, passion, joy, creativity, relationships, and anything else your heart desires for your good.

I share this with you today as a result of my own personal clearing process I have been heavily and deeply moving through these past 2 weeks. With the shifting of consciousness, the energy of our world, my own transformation into a clearer, being.

If you are experiencing similar things, dealing with anxiety, grief, high emotions, I can help you through it.

Leave it all behind and start 2010 with a fresh, focused you!

We manifest prosperity, health, love, etc coming from a place of peace within ourselves.

Our stuuf can often be in the way of bringing in all of our good.

Just              let                     it                           go                         now.

Thoughts Are Physical Things

In the early 1990’s, Dr. Candice Pert made an amazing discovery that tells you exactly why you manifest abundance, health, relationships, etc., or why you do not.

While Dr. Pert was the chief molecular biologist for the National Institutes of Health she discovered that your thoughts are real, physical things. Your thoughts become molecules the instant you think them and, as a deliberate attractor, you need to know how those molecules interact with your body.

Every time you have a thought, your hypothalamus (a “control center” near the base of your brain) transforms that thought into millions of neuropeptides (amino acids) which represent the dominant emotion associated with that thought. Your thought becomes a molecular messenger of emotion! And then your bloodstream is flooded with these neuropeptides.

When in your bloodstream, these neuropeptides, into which your thought transformed, actually insert themselves into your cells. Each neuropeptide interlocks with a special receptacle (made just for it) on your cell’s membrane – just like a lock fitting into a keyhole. And then that amino acid is absorbed by your cell.

Over time, Dr. Pert found, your cells develop more and more special receptacles for the neuropeptides to which they are most exposed. And over time your cells create a self-fulfilling emotional prophecy for you. Your cells begin to crave the neuropeptides to which they are most exposed (and have built all the receptacles for) and they “tell” your hypothalamus to produce them.

Your cells love neuropeptides so much that they cover their membranes with nothing but receptacles for them. Actually shutting down other vital functions, your cells become nothing but vessels for these neuropeptides. They become like a drug addict, who abandons family, jobs, friends, and personal wellbeing as she chases the drug.

The only way your hypothalamus can produce the neuropeptides craved by your cells, is for your brain to experience the emotions which will create them. And the only way your brain can experience the emotions necessary to create those neuropeptides is for it to create a reality which will elicit those emotions.

Your body has, literally, become physically addicted to certain emotional states. And, having nothing to do with whether those emotional states feel good or bad, your cells now need them like an addict needs drugs.

So if you’ve spent years thinking, “People don’t like me,” “I’m useless,” “I can’t do that,” or “I’m not very smart,” you’ve physically addicted your body, on a cellular level, to the neuropeptides which represent shame, guilt, unworthiness, and/or self-doubt. And the same goes for any emotion you’ve dominantly exposed to your cells. Your cells have become addicted to those neuropeptides and are asking for them all day, every day.

And since you already know that “reality” is completely subjective based on the expectations of the observer, (what you are choosing to see) you can see how easy it is for you to create a reality that causes those emotions your cells are craving.

You can create any reality you choose and your cells are dictating what reality you will see.

You can begin to learn to actively change these thought patterns by simply by appreciating the things you’re already doing and then begin to feel and realize just how much more value they hold for you.

I can help you with the things you don’t know how to do to make the transistion from where you are to where you want to be.

De-Stress And Relax

There are many things that can greatly reduce stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation and peace of mind.

Here are two:

1.  Listening to Binaural beats.

Within a few minutes of listening to binaural beats you begin to really relax, releasing stress and anxiety from your mind and body. You can experience vivid visualizations, a separation of the conscious and subconscious mind and a feeling of sedation or total weightlessness.

Binaural beats work by playing two separate frequencies into each ear. Your brain compensates for the difference, creating an internal frequency which tunes you into a theta operating state.

This can occur when are awake or asleep, so avoid driving or operating machinery when listening to Binaural Beats.

You can Google Binaural Beat music to locate CDs right now. I’ll also have CDs available mid-to late September on my website.

2.   Begin with talking to yourself in your mind in   s- l- o -w motion.

This slows and stops everything else that is going on in your mind, focusing the mind on what you are saying in  s -l-o-w motion.

It slows everything down, and calms all the crazy, wild, drunken bee thoughts.

As you continue doing this, your body begins to relax as well.

After a few minutes of this    s -l -o -w dialogue in your mind, you might even notice that most or all thoughts have actually stopped.

If you’ve ever experienced racing mind chatter that seems to be a nonstop, restless self-talk persistently running through your mind, this is a technique to handle it.

This technique works well when beginning to learn to meditate, since it slows and clears thoughts from the mind.
