Manifesting … Making It So

Manifesting reminds me of Captain Picard on his Starship Enterprise,  when he’d reply  ”Make It So.”

It really is this simple.

When you imagine in your mind obtaining your goal, only see the result.

Avoid thinking about how it can happen or if you can do it or even thinking to yourself, “I can do this.”

Imagine in your mind what it is that you want to be, have or do. See it. Feel it.

Then,     let        it        all        go.

This is the  potent part of manifesting …setting it free.

Release any further thoughts about it. Forget about it.

It is in setting your set intention free, that it is allowed to manifest into reality for you.



Finding Lost Keys, etc.

Next time your looking for something, such as lost keys, tell yourself,
” I know its here and I can see it now.”
If you don’t locate it in a few minutes, tell yourself, “I know its here and I’ll find it.”
Then, go and do something else. It’ll either turn up soon after or you’ll get an image in your mind showing you where it is.
You can also ask to be shown where it is and you’ll get the mental image of its whereabouts, soon after.
When we are looking for something and can’t find it, its because, we literally cannot see it. That happens when we tell ourselves,” I can’t find _____.” Or, ‘I can’t see ______.”

Your mind literally does what your telling it to do and your eyes become blind to where something your looking for, is.  This has been proven and documented in many studies in relation to your mind and what it can and cannot differentiate between. Your mind cannot tell the difference between what is actually occurring or what your thinking/imagining.


De-Stress And Relax

There are many things that can greatly reduce stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation and peace of mind.

Here are two:

1.  Listening to Binaural beats.

Within a few minutes of listening to binaural beats you begin to really relax, releasing stress and anxiety from your mind and body. You can experience vivid visualizations, a separation of the conscious and subconscious mind and a feeling of sedation or total weightlessness.

Binaural beats work by playing two separate frequencies into each ear. Your brain compensates for the difference, creating an internal frequency which tunes you into a theta operating state.

This can occur when are awake or asleep, so avoid driving or operating machinery when listening to Binaural Beats.

You can Google Binaural Beat music to locate CDs right now. I’ll also have CDs available mid-to late September on my website.

2.   Begin with talking to yourself in your mind in   s- l- o -w motion.

This slows and stops everything else that is going on in your mind, focusing the mind on what you are saying in  s -l-o-w motion.

It slows everything down, and calms all the crazy, wild, drunken bee thoughts.

As you continue doing this, your body begins to relax as well.

After a few minutes of this    s -l -o -w dialogue in your mind, you might even notice that most or all thoughts have actually stopped.

If you’ve ever experienced racing mind chatter that seems to be a nonstop, restless self-talk persistently running through your mind, this is a technique to handle it.

This technique works well when beginning to learn to meditate, since it slows and clears thoughts from the mind.


You get what you focus on

Everything in life has a vibration to it. It has an energy to it.

This is scientifically proven and is a basic law of our universe.

Our thoughts and our feelings also have an energy to them

and a frequency that they vibrate out into life.

Negative thoughts and emotions have a very different frequency

to them than thoughts and feelings that are positive, light and feel good.

The energy and vibration of  optimism brings magic to

manifesting what you desire.

In pessimism there is all the stuff that you don’t want.

In our positive expectations there is the energy

that feels thrilling,exciting and brings success to us.

Opportunites, people and amazing happenings happens in this energy,

from this vibratory rate.

Whatever it is that you do focus your attention on, you’ll receive that.

It makes sense to focus on what you want, on the positive even

if that requires us to go into our imagination and imagine something positive.

The mind doesn’t know the difference, so go ahead…

imagine while you go about the actions behind the desire and

bring it in to your life now.

I know, it sounds a little like Thanksgiving…and, that is exactly the idea here.

Prosperity for you …and me…and everyone

What you think and feel sets in motions a frequency, a vibration that echos out unto all of existence; out into the universe.

This frequency (or vibration) attracts in to you, the equivalent (equal vibration) to what your thinking and feeling.

Think of a radio and the dials that you use to tune into each individual station. When you tune in (match up) to the exact frequency (station location,   i.e., 98.2  or 109.9) you get linked into that channel (radio station frequency).

If you want the” prosperity, happiness” channel,  avoid tuning into the station of “I don’t have,” or the station of, “I can’t have,” or the station of “I’m a victim; it’s their/his/her fault” or  the station of “anger, fear and resentment,” etc.

How do you tune into the prosperity and happiness channel, for example?

Think, feel and do prosperity. Spend the most time you can, feeling happy and grateful.

Think and feel joyful, contented thoughts, while you go about the physical actions of moving toward what you want to have. Literally act as if you are already prosperous, successful and  happy.

The mind does not know if something is actually going on or if your imagining it. Your mind responds the same, exact way to what is actually taking place or to what you are imagining in the moment.

It cannot differentiate between the two. Go into your imagination and imagine, (pretend) how you want things to be for yourself. You then have the opportunities to have these things show up. You are not going to get happiness or prosperity  feeling like crap, being unhappy, angry, disappointed, bummed out, being a victim, blaming others, or complaining.

Set your frequency, your vibratory rate to tune into and match up to the station that feels good

Spend your time doing what you enjoy and feel happy as much as possible. This attracts the same likeness to you. Money is energy. Prosperity is energy. Everything is a vibration in the universe. Everything vibrates at a different level, attracting the same vibratory likeness to it.

Prosperity feels good. Feel good and you attract it in.

You feel it first, then it comes in. It isn’t the other way around. It might seem that as if we get money, then we feel good and happy, however, it comes from feeling it first (while you go about the right actions and thoughts to bring it in).

Do whatever you can to feel good and to think positively as much of the time as possible. This sets up the right frequency to attract iin what you want. Continue to go about your work, allowing it to come to you.

Be unwilling to spend your time feeling uncomfortable.
